Growing up on the beaches of Long Island, Bridget was convinced she was a mermaid. She swapped salt for shale and now lives in the Catskills where she teaches high school English and writes in all the corners of her days. Bridget loves strong coffee, moss, pasta, and porcupines.

Her spare time is spent hiking, cliff jumping, reading about witches and sharks, ferrying amphibians across the road, and getting cozy with her husband and their silly little cat Evie.
